Alumni involvement is the lifeblood of any organization, and this holds true for Alpha Omicron (AO) as well. Alumni play a crucial role in connecting the past, the present, and the future of AO, contributing to its sustainability and prosperity. They are the red thread that weaves through the chapters, carrying the values, traditions, and knowledge from one generation to the next.

AO Zeta's alumni operations are organized into several independent organizations. The AO Alumni Association Board (AAB), established over a century ago is the primary alumni organization of Lambda Chi Alpha at Indiana University. It sponsors events and programs to foster a continuing spirit of brotherhood among our members and publishes the alumni magazine, the Oracle. The AAB is comprised primarily of alumni, supports undergraduate officers and helps connect them to the wider brotherhood and the community at large. If you would like to attend an upcoming AAB meeting, please reach out to

The AO Housing Corporation, established on June 2, 1919, is strictly responsible for management of the property at 1210 East Third Street and uses funding to maintain and improve it. Mack Watson is acting President of the Housing Corporation and can be contacted at

The AO Educational Foundation, founded 1994, is an independent 501(c)(3) organization which provides grants for leadership-building and other activities for undergraduates. The indefatigable Bob Disinger serves as the current President. Brother Bob can be reached at
